Artist's statement
Claire Blundell Jones' practice includes performance, video, installations and participatory public art. She creates work mainly in the public realm, which develops directly out of the relationships built between the audience and herself.
Current Projects
Tumbleweeds will be a series of public performances where Claire uses a leaf blower to escort tumbleweeds to various city and landscapes across Great Britain and beyond. This project will culminate performance, photography and video.

Kissing will involve eighteen individuals kissing in specific public spaces for ten minutes as a social living sculpture.
